Download and complete an Entry Form

In the Entry Form you specify the members of each team,
the category in which they will compete and
contact details for them and their parents.

Download the entry form and complete one copy for each of your teams.

Calculate the Payment Amount

The amount due is based on the total number of participants
See the entry form for the cost per person

Some groups/schools may prefer to be invoiced after the event.
If so, please let us know via email and we will arrange this with our treasurer.

Indemnity Forms

Whether you are a public team or a schools team, you must provide a correctly completed Indemnity Form for each team.  For the schools event, the indemnity form ensures that parents have been notified and given their permission for son/daughter to attend.

Send the Forms to Us

When complete, please forward the documents to us via snail mail or email.
Forms containing signatures can be scanned and forwarded by email.

How to Pay

There are a variety of ways to pay...
We have credit card facilities at the event - leaders can pay for their teams
using Tap and Go, Apple Pay or Google Pay

or you can pay by Bank Transfer to BSB - 033-106 Account - 396470

We can invoice after the event - just supply a P.O. No. and contact information
If some participants are unable to attend - we will provide refunds
